Crew VINCE DI MEGLIO (Director/Co-Writer) TIM RASMUSSEN (Co-Writer/Producer) JOHNSON CHAN (Producer/2nd Unit Director) BILL JOHNSON (Producer) Highlights of this period include producing a number of films with top international stars such as Richard Gere, Gwyneth Paltrow, Duane "The Rock" Johnson, Diane Keaton, Penelope Cruz, Forest Whitaker, Kevin Bacon, Annette Bening, Meg Ryan and many others. Mr. Johnson's film passion is to create commercially viable films which are positive, inspirational and raise consciousness. Prior to getting involved in the entertainment business, Mr. Johnson founded an insurance brokerage firm called The Liberty Company immediately after graduating from college. Over the next several years, Liberty grew from 1 employee to an organization which was producing over $25 million in premiums annually. On May 1st, 2002, because of his desire to focus on his creative pursuits, Mr. Johnson successfully negotiated the sale of the commercial lines division of The Liberty Company to a strategic competitor in a multi-million dollar transaction. Since that time, Mr. Johnson, while maintaining ownership of the company, has successfully handed over management to others as the company has continued to experience consistent growth. On the philanthropic side, Mr. Johnson founded a public charity last year called The Enlightenment Network which has the mission of helping disadvantaged youth. Johnson is a native of Chicago who was an All-American tennis player at California State University, Northridge and later, attended film courses at both the University of Southern California and the American Film Institute. He lives on the beach in Venice, California with his daughter Skyler. After years of in-depth study and practice of yoga and meditation, Johnson has taught yoga in recent years. JIM SEIBEL (Executive Producer) In the past three years, Mr. Seibel has produced or executive eight new feature film projects. The first, comedy JUST FRIENDS starring Ryan Reynolds, Anna Faris and Amy Smart, was released by New Line Cinema in November 2005 and has grossed $33 million in the U.S. Released in 2006 was PEACEFUL WARRIOR, a drama starring Nick Nolte; SOUTHLAND TALES from director Richard Kelly which stars Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Sean William Scott, Sarah Michelle Gellar and Justin Timberlake and THE GOOD NIGHT starring Gwyneth Paltrow, Penelope Cruz, Martin Freeman, Danny DeVito and Simon Peg were both released in 2007 and THE AIR I BREATHE from director Jieho Lee which stars Kevin Bacon, Andy Garcia, Brendan Frasier, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Forest Whitaker and Emile Hirsch is scheduled for release early 2008. Completed in 2007 was SMOTHER, which Jim executive-produced and stars Diane Keaton, Liv Tyler, and Dax Shepard. Currently in Pre-Production is THE HEAVEN PROJECT starring Paul Walker and THE WOMEN starring Meg Ryan, Eva Mendes, and Annette Bening. Mr. Seibel started his career in the mailroom at Saban Entertainment. Shortly after, Mr. Seibel became the executive assistant to both Mel Woods (COO) and Haim Saban (CEO), of Saban/Fox. During the two years in the executive office, Mr. Seibel was exposed to and worked with media moguls such as Rupert Murdoch, Barry Diller and David Geffen. Mr. Seibel’s growth at Saban/Fox landed him as Manager of TV & Motion Pictures where he was responsible for development and domestic sales of MOW’s and feature films. Jim was quickly promoted to Director of TV & Motion Pictures where his added responsibilities included assembling international co-productions, physical production, packaging and foreign sales. As Director of TV & Motion Pictures, Mr. Seibel strengthened his ties in the international market by facilitating sales to every major buyer at all the major film and television markets. In addition, Mr. Seibel was fortunate to physically oversea productions in New Zealand, UK and France. In November 1999, Mr. Seibel departed Saban/Fox with an offer to become Director of Sales at Unapix Entertainment. This new position’s responsibilities included domestic television distribution, syndication and acquisitions. Unapix was the leading independent supplier of feature films to such broadcasters as HBO, Cinemax, Starz/Encore, VH1, TBS, TNN Showtime, iNDEMAND, etc. In September 2000 Jim was promoted to Vice President of Sales at Unapix managing over 175 feature films. In December 2000, Mr. Seibel ventured out to form his own TV and feature film sales company called Twelve Point Entertainment, LLC. This new company created an opportunity for Mr. Seibel and his partners to launch an independent foreign sales company. Twelve Point provided a a “turn-key” sales and marketing arm to producers and financiers. With the extensive knowledge of both the domestic and foreign market, Twelve Point enabled producers to deliver films with minimized risks and maximum returns. As a native of Florida, Mr. Seibel began his college education with the focus on Pharmacology. Quickly realizing that he had an entrepreneurial spirit with an interest in entertainment and finance, in 1995 Mr. Seibel relocated to Los Angeles to learn the trade. JAY ROACH (Producer)
